[Resolved] Voltas — First year free service | |||||
It'a a long story... Last friday 14th april, i did call to the voltas customer care [protected] for the first time for to service my ac. Since last friday i called almost 15 times. Let me tell you what happened with me on these calls. Sir humne request note karli hai, sir aap service center ka no lelo khud baat karlo, sir humne issue ko priorities ker diya hai, on tuesday i got a call from a person he told me that he is coming in half an hour for ac service, nobody came, again i called customer care on wednesday, they said they are logging a complaint and i will get response, nobody contacted, when i contacted yesterday they said they are arranging a call back from senior and i will get a call back, nobody called back. Today i called thrice first two representative they simply listened my whole story and when they could not able to answer they simply disconnected my call, even i told them please connect me to your senor and not disconnected my call. On my third call i got the assurance that i will get a call back in half an hour, nobody contacted again. Pathetic service and customer care. Was this information helpful? | |||||

My name is Mohamed Shareef. I am from Kottakkal, Malappuram district, Kerala. I bought a five star voltas AC (Name of model:125 cy 1 tonne, Model No : 125 cy and AC Sr No:4551686A14G005327)from your dealer in kottakkal called Big Buy Air conditioning Engineers on 11/09/2014. But it is unfortunate to reveal that they haven"t done any of the two free services after that even though i am deserved two free service. Presently my AC is not funtioning well may be because of not cleaning the internal and external filters. when i called the dealer they told me that it is not possible for free service since the one year warranty period has been over.
I Know that your firm gives utmost importance to customer service and customers gives importance to mouth publicity rather than the advertisement given in print or visual media. Here i loose my privilege to get two free services because of the negligence of your dealer.
So i request you to do the necessary to reinstate my privilege for two free services.My phone number is [protected].
