I have purchased voltas invertor ac in august 2018 online ethrough flikart for rs.34990/-and just few months later it has started giving problems. There was water leakage, throwing ice. Free servicing by voltas was done but never was this problem addressed. Few calls were logged at voltas call center to report the cooling problem but there was no solution. We have emailed customer care to report the cooling problem of ac but no response.
When we called a local repair person is was understood that there is gas leakage in ac, which was not told during free aervicing. Since one year there is frequent gas leakage and i'm incuring costs for gas filling as well as high electricity bills due to defective ac.
Last 2 months ac hasn't been working and i'm not able to get a person to repair even at my personal cost.
Is this what i should get for buying a invertor ac at such high cost. I have gone through mounting stress in arranging local repair person and frequent issues with the ac. As a solution, i request consumer forum to represent my request for a complete replacement of the ac from voltas and also compensate the expenses incurred on repair etc including the personal damages caused to me.
