[Resolved] Voltas — Harassed by voltas | |||||
I bought a Voltas 1 ton 3 star AC in January 2017. My registered complaint no.[protected], on 7.4.17 at 4pm. AC is not cooling properly. Technician arrived at 10am, diagnosed leaking gas cylinder, said will refill by 12pm. Didnt come by 1pm, so we called and he said 3pm. Didnt come theb also and said will come tomorrow. We requested to come today evening only but that also he cannot confirm. Called up hitech service centre, and the back office is rude and misbehaved with me, and said we are liars. Why should i be abused and harassed in this way? They have threatened not to attend to my AC. Was this information helpful? | |||||
