Had purchased an inverter AC 5 years ago and it has now malfunctioned with an E1 error for the past 1.5 months and I had called in your Voltas authorised service center, they sent a technician on 5th July 2022 who replaced the PCB and gas and charged 5300 ₹ however the issue wasn't resolved and the technician left promising to return with the correct equipment and never returned, again we called a technician however due to unavailability of spares they returned on 5th Sept 2022, and then again changed the fan motor and charged ₹3500, and yet the issue isn't fixed when we confronted the technician, they advised us to speak to Voltas directly and have the matter resolved. Post writing an email got a call from an employee of voltas avijit dey contact number[protected] and asked me for documents stating my complaint which I shared, and since then he has been unresponsive to call or messages.
