I purchased voltas 1.5t windows ac on 16.03.2016. Received no service during warranty period of one year (Its my fault as they say because why didn't i book call!!). On 17.03.2017 i booked a call. The service man came and said ac has no fault you pay rs.450.00. I said you repair the ac, it works for 2/3 minutes then no cooling and works like a low speed fan. He said he will come again and never turned up and case was closed. I contacted one person who provides service to our office having 300+ voltas ac machines. He booked a complain on my behalf (No[protected] 0n 27.05.17. Same day evening two under thirty young boys came, saw the ac machine, disturbed my other hitachi split ac and went back saying they will come on monday, 29.05.17. On monday at around 16:30hrs one person rang and started saying they need special arrangement (To be made by me or pay them) then only they will work. The machine was installed from roof, easily can be taken out from roof and service it and even can be done by a single person. They simply try to avoid and extract extra money from customers.
Now i know why my office is so fade up with voltas and want to replace all 300+ voltas machines. I have another hitachi split ac and they rang hundreds of times for servicing during warranty period and to contract amc after that and here voltas, trying to avoid even to see the problem.
I'll definitely give my feed back tomorrow to my office so that all voltas machines are gone after this summer!!!
