I have registered a request in your company. My request no is [protected]. Your technician came on 7th April but they returned after work without checking due to loadshading. The problem is not solved. After that I have requested many times to your assigned techinician but no further action taken yet and also my request no has also been cancelled showing reason resolved over phone. Please take necessary action as soon as possible. I am suffering yet
