On online complaint your Bhilai branch technician take away Motherboard (inverter) for repairing/replacement.33days have already elapsed .False promises from your Bhilai unit/Raipur office.No coordination between them.It reflects poor service and damaging Voltas name .It hardly take 7days to come any component from your Bombay office.Please look into the matter and resolve the grievance immediately.repeat immediately.
