I have bought this AC in 2018 with 5 year of full and 10 year of compressor warranty.
I used to take 2 paid service every year to continue there warranty terms.
One year it has some issues in PCB which took 15 days to resolve. In the heat of May my newborn baby use to cry whole night due to the same.
Now I have same complaint repeatedly 3 time since 8th April 22 to 28 May 22.
F0 is error massage showing on the display.
On 8th April gas was filled.. issue resolved.
On 19th May Again same issue... Gas filled again on 20th May issue resolved... Today it's 28th May same issue. F0 massage on display. Guys will come Gas will be filled.. but I don't understand why these guys are not interested to know route cause of the same. Why these service person are so casual on same case within 1 month.
Just because product is under warranty and they will not get any money on service and parts.
If it is than guys... I would never ever suggest to buy any Voltas product ever.
And now it is under warranty I can manage to fill the gas thrice within a month. But what would happen when warranty gets over... How will manage to pay for gas every 15 days?
And what is the price of mental suffering of me and my family.
We purchase products to get mental and physical peace but this one product get me nuts.
I am just frustrated to call voltas service.
I am just exhausted to get it repaired again and again.
I need replacement of this product otherwise I will sue.
And I would prefer to pay the lawyer rather pay for gas every 15 days.
I suffered alot..It would good if I can save any other consumers time and money to aware them regarding this product.
I WANT REPLACEMENT. NOT LESS THAN THIS OR COMPULSATION OF THIS MENTAL HARRASMENT.
