Voltas — Inverter AC unsatisfactory performance

I have been using Voltas split ACs for last 20 years and never faced problem in performance. I regret to inform you that In 2019 i purchased on Split Inverter AC of 1.5 Ton for my home. It have proved to be a very bad decision as the ac never run satisfactorily. I have made several complaints since installation of AC we did not pursue the complaint during covid period as we did not allow any one inside or home. This AC was attended by Voltas last in last season in 2021, but did not perform as our other old ACs in our home are performing. Pl resolve our issue. i have experienced worst. the voltas team at service centre are not less than a nightmare.
