I have purchased a Voltas split invetor AC in year 2021. At the time of purchase there was a offer that there will be 1+4 year’s warranty on complete ac and nothing have to be paid in terms of service and components charges provided the AC is being serviced atleast once in 6 months from the authorised service centre.
I have availed free service till June 2022 and purchased AMC from the then service centre in July 2022 and have availed one service in December 2022.
Now there is water leakage issue in the AC for which I have raised a complaint on 23 may and on 24 i have received a call from your now service centre(this has been changed this year) saying that AMC is not valid we will not accept it and you will have to pay the service charges.
Then i called your customer care and they have mentioned that nothing need to be paid by you and they will send an email to service centre in this regard and will also arrange a call back for AMC issue.
2 days have already passed but neither the AMC team have called nor the service team have visited to resolve the issue. Was this information helpful? |
