We bought a ac on 30 June 2022, on shop by soni electronics mangolpuri delhi 110083 on emi (through bajaz financial services) . Installation done at night 8-9 pm. The executive just on - off the to check now working directly. he told if there is any issue else please call because that time ac wings didn't close properly.
Due to non connectivity of power or rainy day we did not use ac 2 days.
We switch on the ac at night on 2 july when we require that was running till early morning but inbetween power on that screen shown a E8. On 3 July We have to call to the shop keeper or field executive for the same, shop keeper said we'll send the executive to check the fault. 2-30Executives were came & check the ac he didn't resolve the issue so he suggests please go to the shop & lodge the complaint for the same it has fault. We went to shop at around 8 pm for the same & shop keeper write the complaint but he give the excuses to us. request him to replace the ac but he told it take 2-3 days to repaire we request to him please do earlier because my family has health issue that's why we urgent it. 4 July the service center executive came & check the ac to install the tool in outer.
On 8 july we got a call for cooling & Mr shekhar mishra came to check the issue. He came to check & go back. 11 july 2022 it was working till morning but when we switch on the ac at evening time 6:30 to 7 but it compressor doesn't work (fan working). So we have to tried connect customer care no. 3-4 times at last call was connected so request to replace it but mr rohic (if no. RS[protected] s might be numerical 5)
said My first complaint didn't solve yet so he hilight my complaint as priority basis to resolve.
I request to him also please replace it because in between 10days it is my second complaint that's we are not agree to it...
