[Resolved]  Voltas — No action taken towards my complaint from 28/08/2016. For split a/c

Respected sir,
I have registered my complaint on 28/08/2016 (Request no. [protected]) as my split a/c internal fan is not working which is just changed by your company on 04/06/2016 after few days the problem remains same. Unfortunately my wife was hospitalize for a week. After coming from hospital i forwarded my complaint by customer care no.[protected] and requested to repair as soon as possible as we need a proper filter air for the patient.
But their is no such immediate action taken till now 14/09/2016. As i have forwarded my complaint many times by above mention no. & so requested their seniors but no action taken. Last visit by your employee is very worst they have not fix my a/c part properly after they gone one of a part of my a/c fall down which breaks my so costly glass show piece.
Its going to be one month for my complaint. I think voltas is a well brand. But when its provide this type of after sales service after paying a heavy billing amt. Of rs. 8700 we feel wast of money to purchase such a brand.
I again request you to provide me a proper service as soon as possible.

No such required action has taken by Voltas till now 24/09/2016 after being a long period of my complaint registered 28/08/2016. I have just received a call from voltas tech. department that I have to pay visit charge of Rs.500 then they will come and replace the part of a/c which is under warranty. If I have to pay then whats the meaning of dam warrant ? After that I call their customer care at[protected] to complaint of tech. department but they are more forwarded then their tech. department in cheating their customer they Sir now your a/c defected part is out of warranty you have to pay that part along with visit charge Rs. 4500. And when I told them that my a/c defected part is under warranty so why do I pay ? So they just say me that regarding this query our seniors will contact you then they cut my phone. Till now I do't have receive any call from them.

I think voltas made a new line to their customer[protected] cust me mar ... after purchase voltas products.

I think we do't have to buy these such brand products who are not will to provide after sales services . These companies are only money oriented not customer satisfactions oriented.

Voltas is one of the thief company who just try to empty their customer wallet by cheating their customer and making services charges again & again for same problem. And their representative who are attending our complaints are really such an uneducated, unmannered. Today 24/09/2016 I have call on voltas customer care no. they have transfer my call to (A.A. SOLUTIONS Mr. Rakesh ) at their authorized service Center for voltas Ltd. And that person does't know how to even talk to their customer firstly its misbehave with me on call, after that he refused to repair my ac. part which is under warranty.
Neither company nor their Authorized Service Center are attending my complaint seriously from last one month (28/08/2016) till now (24/09/2016) .
I suggest to my every friend not to buy Voltas ac. To buy Voltas ac is all wast of money because their is no after sale service, company just need money again and again on the name of service, it does't matter whether its under warranty or not.
