[Resolved] Voltas — no request for demo registered after 2 times call customer care

I called 2 times in voltas customer care and made request for demo of my water dispenser, but no one come for demo. When i made call next time they told me no request in record in their system also told me no call received from my no.

I don't understand behavior of customer care staff any why they received salary.

Only harassment of customer
