Bought an ac on 26th march...
On 11 april it shows error F2...
Then talked with customer care...
Registered a complaint...get call from voltas...as per the talk.. they had to send the technician today...
But now they denied...then again called the customer care ..they said the complain is not fully registered...what is going on i can't understand.

Local service provider is saying to send technician daily, today, tomorrow, not available etc..etc ..the ac is new still ...we have to suffer more n more...
3 days passed...still the technician didn't attempt my case...i had called 5 times to customer care...still no solution...complained through Instagram.twitter..whatsapp..facebook...still no solution..today a technician cane .. didn't get the problem...as I have already mentioned cooling problem..he didn't has the accessories or solutions Was this information helpful? |
