Voltas — No technician turned up

I registered a complaint at 09:25 am on 22.04.2023 for repair of my windows AC. Despite 6 calls (out of 34 attempted calls), no technician has turned up. This is poor service. They charge exorbitant price for spare parts and not doing it for free. The entire weekend was wasted calling these unprofessional people. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)

Despite the delay, the technician was good. He explained the issue and charges in detail. That's why I always prefer repair by company technicians rather than the local ones.
