[Resolved] Voltas — no visit of service engineer after complaint lodge in customer care even more than 8 days. | |||
Dear Sir I have lodge the complaint about E4 error in my spilt ac ( inverter model ) 1.5 Ton. But i am surprised the poor response from Voltas. I lodge the complaint on 21may but till date no call from service engineer. I taken the number from call center, the local service provider not providing the service and even now not lifting the phone. I purchased the AC in 2016. this was my biggest mistake i have done in life to buy Voltas Brand. every year i am facing the different problems. Now i m not recommending to any one to buy the votas AC due to poor customer service Was this information helpful? | |||
