Voltas — Non adherence to the repair warranty terms of Airconditioner

I had issue of non cooling with F3 error, my split airconditioner out of warranty. After complaining to the customer care on 27th May their tecnician came and said the PCB card needs to be replaced, After more than two months of several complaints they said the PCB card is not in stock and thereafter they repaired the card on 26 July 2024. They charged 6500 for repair of the card, the airconditioner just worked for a day and thereafter the same error started. Since then they have sent technicians but no resolution was made. Now they say PCB card is available, cost is 7000 and need to be bought @3500 which I have said I will pay only the difference of the amount paid for repairs. Now my complaints are being closed without any calls starting that customer is not available or not picking call.
