The device has been faulty since 06-June and your appointed service agent RR Aircon Service has been making a visit but ever since the complaints have been registered twice.
the Complaint made on 05-Jul is kept on hold as the agent says it will be addressed in 24-48 hours. Upon calling the CALL centre and wanting to talk to a senior we are told that there is no Senior available. there is a child at home who is running a temperature of 102 degress and senior citizens who are feeling helpless who would be responsible for the ill health or further down grade of health situation.
