I purchased a Voltas 1.5 Ton 3-star split AC on April 22, 2023. It was installed on April 23 and the AC stopped working from that day itself. After raising a complaint - SR [protected], the technicians from Sri Raja Rajeswari Air Conditioners (Kukatpally, Hyderabad) visited on April 30 (after a full week) and none of them had any knowledge as to why the AC was not working. After 8 technicians visited, they said there is gas leakage in the indoor unit and dismantled the unit, left it on the floor. The outdoor unit is on the window slab. After that I followed with customer care multiple times, they gave the phone numbers of Area Service Manager and other executives in Hyderabad, and asked me to follow-up with them. The work they should be doing, they outsourced it to me. I called these ASM and other executives multiple times, and none of them respond to phone calls, WA messages.
Please either replace this non-functioning/defective AC at the earliest or give me a complete refund so that I can purchase an AC from another company. Was this information helpful? |
