[Resolved] Voltas — Not attending service call | |||
My Voltas 2 ton AC has water leakage problem and water has been dropping from the front side of the AC. It is not under warranty now and it has been nearly 1.5 years since the time of purchase. I had given a service request and they promised that it would be sorted out within 24 hours. It has been more than 3 days and I have not got any service from VOLTAS. Since, I am not under warranty, I am bound to pay for the service and I was ready to pay. I am very much hurt by the poor and lethargic service of VOLTAS. My service request number is [protected].
