I have purchased Voltas non-inverter 1.5 ton Split A.C from

When I received the delivery the next morning (19th April 2024) the outdoor unit was found to be damaged, I don't know whether the dealer sent the damaged outdoor unit on purpose or it got damaged by the person delivering it. When we unboxed it we got a damaged product. The installation engineer made a video of the damage as well, but he insisted that he would install it now because it was still working properly, but asked us to raise a replacement request because it may create a gas leakage problem in the future.
We raised a complaint the very next day. Here is the complaint number registered with Voltas [protected] We talked to the dealer, and he asked us to contact Voltas to replace the OD unit, Voltas support guy asked us to talk to the dealer to replace it.
That is very poor after-sales service. Voltas guys came and noted down the serial number and said that they would contact me within 2 days but no one has come back ever since.
On 7th May I received the message that "case is closed, customer not responding". How irresponsible is this? Why are Voltas guys not visiting my location for replacement?
I want my OD unit replaced as soon as possible or want my refund back.
