[Resolved]  Voltas — Reg installation issue

This is to inform you that I had purchased 1.5 ton split Ac on 2/07/2022 but till date my AC hasn't installed. They charged me Rs 1500 but now after taken money no body is visiting my house to resolve issue. Very poor service from Voltas which was not expected by this company. I am totally feedup with you. This initially happened with me. God knows what will happen there future services.
Now I going to consumer court for the same. No other option for me.

Updated by Vikas Mattoo Till data nobody from Voltas has visited my house for installation. Please share me return and refund policy. Very Very Very poor and fraud company is Voltas.
I will put legal case against the company for wrong comments

Still my issue is pending. Please guide me for product return process. Very poor service by Voltas. I will also replace 25 Voltas Ac with some other good Company, who will provide good service and atleast understand the customers concern.
These are the poor signs to down fall of Company.
Service matters for every person.
My advise to Voltas pls research why the small companies become big and why some big companies go gradually in downfall.
I have very pathetic experience with Punjab Zirakpur Voltas team.
