[Resolved] Voltas — Reg my new 320l freezer- unresolved since more than one and half month | |
Hi, Last month on 5th i ordered a 320 litres chest freezer from your authorised showroom alpha Aircon vizag and it got delivered in next week. When we tried to use it, it didn't work. Your technician visited and confirmed that it’s faulty product. Called your customer care for replacement, everyday they say it is been arranging. Not sure how many times i have called your customer care. It’s almost one and half month i have ordered and i dont have the product to use. Your customer care guys ask me to contact vizag area service manager and he never answered the call. Such a useless person he is and not sure how come such a repetitive company has recruited him. This is highly disappointing and i really can’t express it. Probably this would be last order from Voltas. And i really don’t know what to do and how many days i should be waiting for new freezer.
