Myself Jaffer Moopan Regional manager Ministry of Petroleum residing at Chirayam Panayikulam Ernakulam district, the reason I am sending this mail due to some issues which was raised by customer care for my AC’s second free service. I bought my AC on Nov 11th 2024 and first free service done and my second free service due on last November. Due to some unavoidable scenario some medical treatment my family in hospital and no one in the home for AC service. Due to that I informed Nandilath G mart executive that I will not be available in the month of November and requested to move my service to dec 1st which he told me he will do the needful by talking with Voltas customer service people. Yesterday I bought 2 more AC’s to replace some of my old AC’s and same time I requested to book my second service. Now I got a call yesterday from service center stating my free service period ended, which I know delay due to medical emergency. They advised me to send a mail request for approval for delayed free service done. I am a loyal voltas customer for all these years and all my AC’s(6 Nos) are voltas only. Even there is exchange offer in Daikin brand I prefer Voltas only yesterday while buying new AC’s. Old AC’s invoices attached and new AC which I bought yes You can check with Nandilath Ekm 1 branch.So please approve my second free service even if delayed by 20 days. Already booked service only need approval. Almost 10 mails I send to voltas care but nothing happened.Very disappointed, never recommend voltas to anyone.This is the experience for a voltas loyal customer with 6 AC's what about others. Customer care people playing with me by giving contractor problem and contractor blaming Voltas team. Very bad service.
