[Resolved] Voltas — regarding late installation

I requested for the installation of my 1.5 ton ac on 19 may 2018 and they said it will take 3-4 days to install the ac and finally they gave me date[protected], 3:00pm for installation. But unfortunately no one came to the given date and time. Service engineer said that your village is far away so we did not came on given date. So i want to say that why you gave me that date of installation if this is not possible to came on that date. It is very bad service i faced from voltas. Very disappointed.
