This is regarding wta facility (4+1 yr extended warranty)

I got email from voltas that they will not provide wta facility as i have purchase my product online.

What is the issue if i have purchased my ac from online shopping?

Why wta is not applicable on on-line shopping. Ultimately i have purchased voltas product. How it matters from where i have purchased the product?
