Voltas — Reimbursement not received

Iam Salim Kannur Kerala, I had purchased a two-door refrigerator from NRE Kannur, Kerala, in 2022 Voltas Company. In 2024, it got damaged and the company replaced it with a new one. It got damaged again in May 2025 due to the same problem. Later, they told me that if you send me the invoice and details of the purchase, We will refund the amount, I used and the remaining amount will be credited to your account. I sent all the documents in 03 May and despite constant email reminders, I have not received any refund till now and I am not getting any proper reply. Therefore, I request you to grant me a refund for my refrigerator.
