[Resolved] Voltas — Remote and ac not working

Hi Sir,

We have purchased voltas AC from amazon around 8 months back and product is in warranty and the order number is[protected].

We have raised two times service request and everytime they are closing by themselves and putting absurd reason

[protected] is the service request number.

10 time we have called customer care and issue is not resolved.
