[Resolved] Voltas — Removed Neighbours machine parts and places in our machine | |||
Complaint no. [protected]. Technician Mr. Irfan has attended the complaint on 1st October, 2014 and filled the gas because of non cooling. He has removed the nutbolt cap (Black colour) and while placing he was not finding one cap so he has removed our neighbours nutbold cap (brass) and placed in our machine. Why did he touched any other machine when he has come for Voltas? We cannot trust voltas because they can do anything. I have purchased Voltas machine on 15th April, 2014 and after one month there was a oil leak, representative have attended and said it is ok. I dont know what he has done our gas was leaked. From April, 2014 till september it was my 2nd complaint. I will not suggest anybody for Voltas in future. Was this information helpful? | |||
