[Resolved]  Voltas — Repeated Gas leakage issue

I have purchased 2 Voltas inverter AC on 22/09/17.
They were installed on 4/10/17 .
Both ACs came with a 5 year comprehensive warranty as part of the offer conveyed by the dealer.

I have 5 ACs installed at my home but none have performed as bad as this one.
This was a premium AC at a premium price.
The AC has an issue of repeated gas leakage since the time it is brought, clearly a serious manufacturing defect or a design flaw.
It first leaked within 1year and 20days of installation. Leakage at multiple points and as a result my AC coil was changed under warranty( Complaint no[protected] and [protected]).
Gas refilling charges were paid by me.
Now after working for two seasons it leaked again this year( 2021). Again there was leakage at multiple points. This time Gas refilling(Complaint number [protected]) was done on 31/03/21.Gas refilling charges paid by me again. It worked for 2 months and leaked again. Another complaint done([protected]) on 30/05/21 . It was revealed that the coil has weakened again, hence leaking repeatedly. But instead of coil changing, only gas refilling has been done this time. It worked for another month and leaked again.

Within 4 years of buying voltas AC my AC has undergone too many gas refilling and coil changing once. This time as per service personnel my cooling coil requires a replacement again.

Please forward my complaint to higher authorities and present me with a lasting solution to this nuisance of repeated gas leakage. A mere gas refilling or another coil change may not be a satisfactory solution.
It seems this AC is not designed to handle a high pressure gas such as r410a.
Cooling coils seems to be of very poor quality. A thicker cooling coil may be a better solution. Or a change of this poor quality AC is desirable solution.
