I have purchased a Window AC of Voltas ( Model - WAC184VADA, S No. 4011440A22CC03797 ) on 10.06.2022 and as the packing of the said AC was open, it was found that both the locks of the display were damaged.
I immediately reported the matter to the concerned shopkeeper and he assured me for solving the problem within a couple of days, but after waiting for 2-3 days my complaint was not entertained.
As advised by the dealer, I contacted the customer care. they provide me a request No. [protected], the customer care did not respond positively and advised me to contact so on so.
Sir, whatever advised I got from different representatives of the company, I went through and tried to contact them but nobody could satisfy me but shifted the goal post from here to there.
Sir, Voltas is a very reputed Company and customer expect full cooperation from the representative but due to reasons best known to the company representative, I am very hurt by the attitude of your staff looking after the services.
After waiting almost for 2 months and running from pillar to post, I am compelled to share my pain with the higher officials through this mail in anticipation of a solution to my problem.
