[Resolved]  Voltas — rude behavior from technicians

Updated by Aman2iipm1 Hi team this is in regards to my window ac purchased on 5th May 2019. Soon after purchase I find water leakage problem. I call customer care and the technician visited to my place and suggested to buy a tray as this is the problem it persists in Voltas ac.
I purchased tray and then soon after 1 day my ac remote display got blank. I called customer support for the same on 5th June and registered a complaint no [protected]. After calling multiple time to customer service for sending the technician they send it on 8th June as communicated turn around time is 24-48 but they visited post that and guy who came was very talking very rudely from vintage service and said your remote cannot be replaced I asked reason and he didn’t said any thing and ask me to sign service report which I didn’t and called customer care immediately but by that time he left. Customer care assured me that somebody will visit today but till date no one has came. I am still facing water leakage and remote issues. Is this kind of product Voltas make. In just 1 month of time I am facing so many issues. Request you to take back the product and refund my money or resolve my problem.. else have to escalate this to higher management or file Case in consumer court..
