[Resolved] Voltas — rude behavior from technicians | |||
Hi team this is in regards to my window ac purchased on 5th May 2019. Soon after purchase I am water leakage problem. I call customer care and the technician visited to my place an suggested to buy a tray as this is the problem it persists in Voltas ac. I purchased tray and then soon after 1 day my ac remote display got blank. I called customer support for the same on 5th June and registered a complaint no [protected]. After calling multiple time to customer service for sending the technician they send it on 8th June as your turn around time is 24-48 but they visited post that and the was very talking very rudely and said your remote cannot be replaced I asked reason and he didn’t said any thing and ask me sign service report which I didn’t and customer care immediately but by that time he left. Customer care assured me that somebody will visit today but till date no one has came. I am still facing water leakage and remote issues. Is this kind of product Voltas make. In just 1 month of time I am facing so many issues. Request you to take back the and refund my money or resolve my problem.. else have to escalate this to higher management or file.
