[Resolved] Voltas — rude behaviour of your technician for a new remote for ac purchase in june 2018 | |||
This is col krishan singh caveeshar, contact number [protected]. I had lodged a complain at the call center on the 4 june 2019 for a new remote. On the 5 june’19, the technician from noida franchise had come over and told me that he would come back with the remote the next day but failed to do so. The called up the franchise centre of volta’s again in the end of the month of june (28 or 29 june’19) for the remote. This time we the received the contact number of the area manager who informed us that the technician is on his way to sort our issue. When the technician arrived home, he told us that the remote will take another week to arrive and rudely asked us to learn to be patient. Is this how you train your employee to talk to the customer? And its been over a month and a half of wait for the ac remote! We are very disappointed with your services and deserve quick response regarding this issue and an apology from your technician.
