I purchased a Voltas AC on 18 Aug 2021, my AC started less cooling on 6 or 7 Aug 2022, so i registered a complaint for service using voltas customer care number, on 10th august technician visited my house to check the AC, they removed AC from window and put on floor and started checking after checking they found GAS leakage problem and they told me that they have to take AC to service center, i told them it is ok for me but i need it as soon as possible. they told me that they cannot take AC on bike so pickup vehicle will come to pickup the AC and technicians went back to service center. AC was lying on floor i waited few hours no one came to pick the AC. In between i got a call from an other AC technician(Note : i donot know how he got my number and how he knew that i need my AC repaired) and he asked me if i registered a complaint for AC i told him yes, he said he is coming to repair, i said ok, he told me my AC has coil problem coil is to be changed he replaced coil and charged me 10000 rs, i paid 10000 rs i had no problem in paying because i just wanted my AC to be working because my kids cannot sleep without AC. after AC was repaired i got call from same voltas technicians who didnot came to pick my AC, they asked me if AC is repaired or not, i told him yes AC is repaired, they said ok and i received a message job done by third party.
My AC was under warranty still i paid 10000rs i had no problem.

But again my AC started problem on 7th sept 2022, i again filed a complaint to voltas, technicians visited my house on 10th sept 2022, they told me that my AC donot have original coin installed, so they told me that they have to discuss with the head, they went back to service center and gave no response, i donot know if they will repair my AC or Not, i am still waiting for their response. i donot want to pay 10000rs again and again for no reason
