We have filled a complaint against non- cooling of the freezer via telephone on 11th of october, 2015.The compliant number is [protected]. The technician named 'Somveer' having mobile number '[protected]' visited and detected that the gas is finished . He asked us to visit within two days for refilling the gas but today its the seventh day, and no one has visited again despite of our constant calls to the concerned technician as well as the consumer service centre.Since, it is used for commercial purpose, within two days we have undergone a loss of Rs[protected].
