Voltas — Service request not completed within 15 days | |||
I registered a service request with voltas on 25 April, 2015 for my Ac and my AC is within warranty.They claim to deliver services within 24 working hours but till today I.e. 9 May 2015, service has not been provided. I have called them repeatedly and never got a call from them apologizing for delay and today I got an absurd response from there customer care executive that we only register complaints so we don't know the reason for delay. Worst after sales services ever I have witnessed till date. Was this information helpful? | |||
