Given hereunder is the brief of spilt AC purchased and subsequent problems with working of AC poor after sale service with regard to complaint lodged and status:
- Volta Split AC purchased on 19.06.2021 Model No. ( VOLTAS-EU 184V ADS(R32) INNER 4552740A20FC01523 & VOLTAS-CU 184V ADS(R32) INNER 4512797D20BB00653)
- On 19th March 2022, (Complaint/Service No. [protected]) Ist free service was done immediate after service there was no cooling and complaint was lodged with specific mention of same.
- Complaint was lodged on 9th April 2022 (Complaint No. [protected]) . The person to attend the complaint did not come with arrangements' for filling of gas in spite the complaint mentioning of non cooling.
- Complaint was resolved on 14th April 2022 (Complaint/ Service No [protected] dated 14.04.2022)
- Again within two months there was no cooling while running the AC and again complaint was lodged on 9th June, 2022.(Complaint No. [protected]).
- Even as on date 12th June, 2022 no one has attended the complaint and on contacting the complaint Centre it was explained that complaint can be attended only between 48 to 96 Hours only. (Why this much time or its a standard time line for attending a complaint)
FROM ABOVE YOU CAN SEE THE SHEER NEGLIGENCE AND POOR AFTER SALE SERVICES OF THE PRODUCTS SOLD.
WHILST THE IST SERVICE WAS DONE IT MUST HAD BEEN NOTICED BY THE ENGINEER THERE WAS ROBLEM OF COOLING AND RESOLVED THAT TIME ONLY.
MOROVER WITHIN LESS TWO MONTHS THERE IS AGIAN SAME COLLING PROBLEM WHICH IN ITSLEF REFLECTS THE POOR QUALITY OF SERVICE PROVIDED.
