I have installed 2 nos Split AC from Voltas at my home during 2019 and 2020 respectively.
Recently, the one installed during 2019 developed a defect wherein the AC stops working after switched on and running for sometime (no cooling). The Error Code Shown is E1. This, as I understand has, something to do with the Thermostat.
I had lodged a complaing with the Company on 9th August 2023. The Technician attended on 14th August. However, the error was not showing and he said there is no problem and left.
After half an hour of running, as usual, the same Error code appreared and the AC stopped working. I took a photograph of the inside unit and sent it to the Technician.
He said the PCB will have to b replaced and shall revert once the PCB is received.
I had been reminding the company about the unsolved problem, but they kept on replying saying "we have forwarded your complaint to the Authorised Service Company with the following details:
Service Request Number: [protected]
Service Center: ROYAL COLLECTIONS"
However, noone bothered to contact me or solve the defect.
