Voltas — Split is not working

Dear sir,
I have registered a complaint on 11.06.2025 regarding my split AC which is under warranty is not working. no cooling effect. the response was very slow. Hence, I have gone to shop for assistance, they have registered a complaint again I called to customer care, a technician came and saw the issue, He explained me to change the outdoor unit PCB, After two weeks the PCB came, but problem was not rectified, he left the AC open. I made a call next to the Guwahati office head Mr Debashis He also made fake assurance, he fire the local service provider with taking my call in conference but ultimately no result, The AC is in lying a scrap in home since one and half months. I am suffering by calling/requesting the service provider and local head repeatedly. I never imagined such a worst service from a big brand company. I hove seeing my complaint somebody will respond and take it as serious.
