[Resolved] Voltas (Tata) — Poor Quality Coil and gas leakage in Voltas SAC Platinum 3s 1.5 ton split ac | |||
I had purchased a voltas split 1.5 ton ac on 01/05/2012.On 01/03/2014, after about 1 year 9 months, repeated non cooling is observed in my split ac.We reported to Voltas Service Care, the customer care man came and identified an error of gas leakage at pipe due to poor quality of alumunium coils.According to the service man, copper coils must be installed in place of alumunium ones and the gas must be refilled thereafter.My question is that if the company knows that copper coils are better than alumunium ones why does they use them.I ts a SIMPLE WAY OF CHEATING.Then the company must take the responsibility and replace the ac.
