[Resolved]  Voltas — The ac unit purchased is not working properly

Dear sir i have purchased a voltas inverter split ac model no. Invsac183v czt2 r410a on 2 june 2019 from sanjay telecom, d-1 jag jeet nagar delhi-110053 phone no:-[protected]. The ac unit purchased is not working properly from the date of 10-may-2020. When informed to the dealer he has asked me to directly contact the company to get the problem solved. I have approached your authorized service center. Latest complaint no.-[protected] (10th may 2020). The technician visits my home on the date of 12th may 2020 and he said that the change your faulting part in 4 or 5 days but now the date is 28th may 2020 and not repair my ac and i call your service center 5 times in a day no one responding and no action for my complaint. Request you to take strict action towards its repair as it's under warranty. I have experienced the worst service from voltas this kind of after-sale service is not acceptable from a reputed company like voltas. Nor your dealer nor your authorized service center has taken any action and has been taking the matter very lightly. If the problem is not solved in the next 2 days i will not be left with any other option but to approach the consumer court. Request you to take immediate action towards it.
