Sir,
I have purchased a voltas 1.5 ton AC before some days ago.
Their is manufactured defect in my AC at day one. I complaint 3-4 times in customer care but the problem is not detected by your technician. Finally today he caught the problem and said to me that this is only manufacturing defect or installation defect. Their is no defect at my side.
Technician also misleading me by information, their is problem in voltage, pipe, gas leakage. But after seeing and resolving all these issues their is no solution of my AC cooling issue. Now after this scenario he said their is problem in compressor.
But i said many times this is manufactured defect or installation defect because today the technician checked the pipe and gas condition, he found that their is problem in pipe and gas connection which is done by installation time. I checked many time to multimeter but their is no problem of voltage .
The problem in my AC cooling is called as product defect. So this is moral responsibility of voltas company to change my AC without disturbing me again and again with false information.
I am also say to voltas company that part changing is possible in used one product but in new product their is only criteria of replacement of that product so I doesn't want to repair it again and again which already done 3-4 times by voltas technician. Because many time opening of AC also reduce the life of AC so i don't want that risk because problem is at starting days.
