[Resolved]  Voltas — Un reasonable charges for amc of voltas ac 1.5 ton model 18524

I purchase above unit on 23.3.2016 under 1+4 years warranty, thereby meaning that all parts becoming deffective during 5 years from date of purcase shall be replaced by company, however this exclude gas filling & labour Charges.In order to have peace of mind for full five years, I wish to cover the unit under comprehensive warranty, therby meaning that the unit is to be covered for free gas filling, servicing .
On enquiry from Your National Customer Support I have been told that I have to pay the same charges that are applicable for a normal AC under 1 year warranty.I am unable to appreciate the logic behind this uniform charges between 1 yaer warrant & with 1+4 years warranty. I feel there apperas to be some miscommunication between sales & service division.
May, I therefore request you to please get the issue examined once again & adve your final decision.We all know TATA stands for quality & reasonability & hope you would not disappoint the customers who have faith in your brand
