This is Giriraj from Da Pizza Hub Biswan.
The mentioned service request is not resolved yet. This Service request was placed on 5th June. On 6th June, Engineer visited at our location and charged 600 Rs. Stating that Deep Freezer need gas charging and will refill the gas next day. But as of today 13th June, Nothing is done for resolution and the technicians who visited the location are not answering the call.
Our frozen products are getting messed up because Deep freezer is not working properly as expected. Deep Freezer are intended for (-) minus temperature where frozen products are kept.
Because of this irresponsible behaviour from the Voltas I am having financial loss.
Please assist on priority basis.
