Voltas — Very bad behabiour from customer care and bad quality product | |||
Hi, We bought an ac stabilizer from voltas on jan, 2013. Now this is not working properly. We called customer care to repair. 2 - 3 technicians came and clearly told us buy another one. We asked them to replace the damage parts and we'll pay for that. Clearly they denied. 1st point - they visited my home at 9:30pm. 2nd point - then a lady called from the number [protected] and asked to pay rs. 2000 as they attend us. Surprised. 3rd point - why they are asking to pay rs. 2000 just because they came and said it can't be done. Rs. 2000? 4th point - next day we received a message that our call is received now. 5th point - the lady said to me we have sell our product now we can't do anything. She told me i can't answer all your questions. Surprised. We really need your help. The stabilizer costs rs 7000, after 2 years they told that it is of no use. The customer care behaviour is so bad specially that lady. Was this information helpful? | |||
