Hi,
I am writing this to raise concern regarding experience I recently had with voltas customer support. I raised a complaint that my AC is not cooling properly after the technician has done complimentary AC service ( product is already under warranty).
Technician visited my place yesterday but he didn't checked outdoor unit properly as he did not have a device to check pressure/ if there was a gas leakage. Not sure why they didn't bring equipments when the complaint registered is for Gas leak only. Today I tried to call him, but he told me that he can't visit today. Also not getting any proper response from Bharuch service centre. (JAY REFRIGERATION)
It's already 3 days since the complaint has registered but still no updates. Very pathetic experience with service centre guys, pl. take appropriate action.
Request to pl. expedite this request and bring it to the notice of senior folks at Voltas customer support. Sharing the details for your reference.

Still question remains same -
Does approval and delivery takes more than 20 days for replacement of faulty unit?? Can it be done today?
