[Resolved]  Voltas — Voltas 1..5 ton Inverter ac not cooling properly

Hi,

I am writing this to raise concern regarding experience I recently had with voltas customer support. I raised a complaint that my AC is not cooling properly after the technician has done complimentary AC service ( product is already under warranty).

Technician visited my place yesterday but he didn't checked outdoor unit properly as he did not have a device to check pressure/ if there was a gas leakage. Not sure why they didn't bring equipments when the complaint registered is for Gas leak only. Today I tried to call him, but he told me that he can't visit today. Also not getting any proper response from Bharuch service centre. (JAY REFRIGERATION)

It's already 3 days since the complaint has registered but still no updates. Very pathetic experience with service centre guys, pl. take appropriate action.

Request to pl. expedite this request and bring it to the notice of senior folks at Voltas customer support. Sharing the details for your reference.

It's been a month since this complaint has been registered and not addressed yet. Service centre ( Jay Refrigeration Centre, Bharuch) not even bothered to pick the calls. Wants to highlight this to senior folks at Voltas.
From last 2 weeks, didn't even getting complaint status. Everytime customer support says "you issue will be resolved in 24hrs to 72 hrs"

Even after a month I'm still getting assurance that AC unit will be replaced soon. My question is does approval takes 20 days for replacement of faulty unit? Several times asked to expedite, still no help. Service centre guys are abusing when asked to provide updates. I hope they will realize when they suffer.

Still issue is not resolved. Worst support I have experienced.
Not even getting correct status when my AC unit will be replaced. From last 3 weeks, service centre guys just assuring that it will be replaced soon.
Will share all recordings and communications response.

As per assurance from service centre, it will be replaced with new AC unit. But still awaiting new unit delivery and installation. Asked customer support team to expedite, but no updates.
Still question remains same -
Does approval and delivery takes more than 20 days for replacement of faulty unit?? Can it be done today?

...Suffering in peak summers!!
