I have purchased my voltas Ac 1.5 ton split on 26/11/21 after a week of installation even I have done 4yr extra AMC of the product details are in photos, approximately 10 times I have registered complaint for not cooling issue but always engineer coming and filling gas and going, the issue is as it is till today.. recently i have registered complaint on Saturday 8 April engineer visits 14 April with out tools and asked to me revisit in 3-4 days, o
On 15 April they have cancelled my registered complaint by their own. It's been more than 12 days there is no response from the service centre in half of my ac repair even I called to Vishal gupta (ASM Agra DSC) he also refused to listen to my concern. I have frustrated of buying this voltas product worst service provider & underexperienced technician, till today it's been 2year of purchasing this Ac but complaint is not getting resolved, I will genuinely not recomend voltas product to anybody, it's been 2 year of suffering from this fed up of complaining but issue is not resolved.

Fakly marked the complained as resolved making other peoples fool, waste of buying this worst service providers (Saxena refrigeration dampier mathura & Agra DSC, even ASM Vishal also not listening to the complaint, declining calls, I will never recomend any body to buy this company products
