Dears, We had a problem with our air conditioner with last 2 weeks. we complaint your customer care unit located in Kochi, Kerala the contact Person name is Mr. Rahul.S and contact No, [protected] . The complaint no. they given us [protected]. after that one of your authorized Dealer M/s. Prompt Appliance Services, Erayilkadavu, kottayam staff came and took all parts from last week. after that we are calling your irresponsible & bad manner dealers and the same customer care unit kochi every day 3 or 4 times. there is no proper action and answer from both of them. so we dont want to repair this Air conditioner from your people. kindly instruct them to return all parts at same condition. so will repair with local people instead of the great Voltas. we hope your prompt action.
