I filed a complaint for AC repair in Hyderabad and promised that I will get a call from a technician within 24 hours. 2 days passed by and I didn't hear anything so I call back again. They give me another number and ask me to talk to them. I was promised they will come on that day. 3 more days passed by, 4 calls to the service center but no response. Finally, today they told me that I didn't pick my phone. I don't see any missed call. Asked what time they called me up, no answer. So extremely unhappy with the Voltas customer service.
