HI Team,
22Mar2023 I have raised an AC service request and against that request a respective engineer from VOLTAS came and examined the AC on 26Mar2023 and stated that there is internal leakage in the AC which needs to be replaced.
He said that he will file the complaint and raise a request for a new component.
But till now I didn't get any response from the VOLTAS engineer or from the VOLTAS team.
I have followed many times with engineers as well as with customer care executives and everytime am getting the same response from their end stating product yet to arrive.
I have waited almost two month and I don't know how long guys are going to take this request.
Even I mailed them that am going to consumer court to file this case but still they didnt care about this issue.
